Picture two church admins asking the same question: “Should we go with Church Circuit or Digital Pastor?”
The first runs a fall festival, a trunk-or-treat and a men’s retreat every quarter. The second has a 400-person Sunday, two staff and a guest follow-up process that lives on sticky notes.
They should get different answers. Here is why.
What Church Circuit is today
Church Circuit relaunched as Church Circuit AI, and its lead product is event building. You describe the event, and its AI builds the page, the registration and ticketing, the reminders and the follow-up. Their site says it takes about three minutes.
Behind the event builder sits Church Circuit OS, a CRM with contacts, messages, calendars and automations. They also offer an iOS check-in app.
Their published pricing as of early October 2026:
| Church Circuit tier | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | AI event builder, event pages, registration, check-in. Email and text in preview only. |
| Pro | $97/mo ($80.83/mo billed annually) | CRM with unlimited contacts and pipelines, websites, landing pages, forms, automated text and email sequences, 1,000 AI credits, check-in app |
| Complete | Contact sales | Managed Facebook and Instagram ads, done-for-you setup, a dedicated contact |
If events are the center of your outreach, that is a strong offer at a low price. The festival-and-retreat admin should take a hard look at it.
What Digital Pastor is built to do
Digital Pastor starts from a different question: what happens after a guest reaches out?
Our platform is a 24/7 AI assistant trained on your church, connected to a follow-up system that runs whether your staff is in the office or not. A guest asks about service times at midnight and gets an answer in under 60 seconds. Their information starts a follow-up sequence. A prayer request or a pastoral need routes to a person instead of an auto-reply.
That is AI Guest Engagement and Automations and Follow-Up. Events are one input to that system. Sunday guests, website visitors, text messages and form fills are the others.

Church Circuit Pro costs less. I am not going to argue otherwise. If your need is a CRM and event pages, $97 is a fair price.
The difference is the job each one does. Church Circuit’s AI helps your staff build things faster. Digital Pastor’s AI talks to your guests when your staff is not available.
Which one fits your church
Pick Church Circuit if events drive your outreach and you want the lowest monthly cost for a CRM.
Pick Digital Pastor if your guests ask questions outside office hours, your follow-up depends on one or two people remembering, or you want every first-time guest contacted within minutes instead of days.
The sticky-note admin does not need more pages. She needs someone to answer the guests already coming through the pages she has.
