What it replaces
One platform instead of five subscriptions.
Most churches arrive already paying for an answering service, an email tool, a website, and a CRM that nobody quite finished setting up. Separately those run about $397 a month and none of them talk to each other.
Growth is $349 and they are one thing. Fewer logins, fewer integrations to break, one place the guest record actually lives.
- AI phone answering, email, website and CRM in one platform
- No long-term contract on any SaaS plan
- Save up to 15% on annual billing

On a Sunday
Built for teams of two and a lot of volunteers.
The churches this works best for are not the ones with a communications department. They are the ones where the same person runs check-in, sends the newsletter and remembers whose kid was sick last week.
Digital Pastor gives that person the follow-up capacity of a much larger team without asking them to work another night.
- No technical staff required
- Set up once, then it runs on its own
- Cancel any month if it is not earning its place
The questions pastors actually ask.
Straight answers, including the uncomfortable ones.
Does this replace real ministry with a robot?
No, and if it did we would not sell it. Digital Pastor handles the part of ministry that is already not happening: the message that arrives Sunday night and gets seen Thursday, the guest card that sits in a drawer. It answers logistics questions and routes real needs to real people. Prayer requests go to your team, not to a bot. The assistant is the front door, not the pastor.
What if the AI says something theologically wrong?
This is the right thing to worry about. The assistant is trained on your church, your beliefs, your language, and it is scoped to answer questions about your church rather than to opine on doctrine. Questions outside that scope get handed to a human instead of guessed at. You can review and correct what it says at any time, and you see every conversation.
Nobody on our staff is technical. Who runs this?
You do not need a tech team. Setup, onboarding and training are included in every plan, and most churches are live in under a week. Day to day, the system runs itself. When you want a change, you ask for it in plain language.
What if we sign up and it does not work for us?
There is no long-term contract on the SaaS plans. You can cancel any month. We would rather earn it every thirty days than lock you into a year you regret.
Can we start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Start with what makes sense today and move up whenever you are ready. Everything carries over, and there is no penalty for changing tiers.
Is there a setup fee?
Not on the SaaS plans – setup is included. The AI Agent Service and Full-Service engagements do carry a setup fee, because they involve building and configuring around your church specifically. Those are quoted before you commit to anything.
Is this affordable for a church our size?
It was priced for ministry budgets, not enterprise ones. Starter is $149 a month, less than most churches spend on coffee. Annual billing saves up to 15%. If the honest answer is that it is not affordable yet, tell us and we will say so rather than sell you something.
Next Sunday, somebody new walks in.
Make sure they hear from you before they wonder whether it was worth it.
No contract to see it. Live in under a week if you want it.
