Plain-language summary: By using Digital Pastor, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly for your church. You own your data. We provide the platform "as is" and will do our best to keep it running reliably. Either of us can end the relationship with notice. Please read the full terms below.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Digital Pastor AI ("Digital Pastor," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of Full Stack Tactical LLC ("Company"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using any part of the Service, you ("you," "Customer," or "your church") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we publish.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a church, ministry, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To use Digital Pastor, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account corresponds to one church location unless you are on a multi-location plan.
Digital Pastor offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, and Pro) with varying features, usage limits, and support levels. Details of current plans, pricing, and features are available on our Pricing page.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any plan. If a change materially reduces the functionality included in your current plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and you may cancel without penalty.
We also offer managed AI Agent Services and Full-Service packages governed by separate service agreements. Contact us for details.
We offer a 14-day free trial of the Starter tier. No credit card is required to start a trial. During the trial, you have full access to Starter tier features.
At the end of the trial period, your account will be paused. Your data and configuration will be preserved for 48 hours. To continue using Digital Pastor, you must subscribe to a paid plan. If you do not subscribe within the grace period, your account will remain inactive but your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion begins.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
If your payment method fails, we will attempt to process the charge again and notify you. If payment is not received within 7 days, we may suspend your account until the balance is resolved.
You may upgrade your plan at any time, with the upgrade taking effect immediately and charges prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
You agree to use Digital Pastor only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) via email or SMS, collect personal information from minors without proper parental consent, transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems, use the platform for any purpose unrelated to church or ministry operations, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent, or misrepresent your church's identity or impersonate another entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
You retain all ownership rights to the data, content, and materials you input into Digital Pastor ("Your Data"). This includes church member and guest contact information, email and SMS content you create, website content and landing pages, chatbot configurations and custom responses, and uploaded media and files.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use Your Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. We will not access, use, or share Your Data for any purpose other than delivering the Service, unless required by law or authorized by you.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect, store, and process the personal data of your church members and guests through our platform, and that your use complies with applicable data protection laws.
Digital Pastor, including its design, features, code, documentation, branding, and related materials, is owned by Full Stack Tactical LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
Pre-built templates, automation workflows, and email/SMS sequences included in your subscription are licensed for your use within the platform. You may customize them for your church but may not redistribute, resell, or extract them for use outside of Digital Pastor.
Digital Pastor includes AI-powered features such as chatbots and content suggestions. By using these features, you acknowledge that AI-generated content is produced by automated systems and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is published, sent, or made visible to your congregation.
We do not use your individual chatbot conversations or church-specific data to train general-purpose AI models. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve overall system performance.
AI features are provided as tools to assist your team — not to replace human judgment. Digital Pastor is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, pastoral counseling, or medical advice.
Digital Pastor is built on and integrates with third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM, automation, and hosting. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers where applicable.
If you connect additional third-party services (such as church management systems, payment processors, or social media platforms), you are responsible for managing those connections and complying with those services' terms.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion by emailing [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, your payment fails and is not resolved within the specified grace period, your account has been inactive for more than 12 months, or we discontinue the Service (with at least 90 days' prior notice).
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may request an export of Your Data within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, we will begin the deletion process. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, and 15) will survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Stack Tactical LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service, including but not limited to increases in church attendance, membership, or giving.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Full Stack Tactical LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any data you input into the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or representative action.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for violations of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
